Chalfant and Tompkins Title Agency Corporation is located in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks at 84 North State Highway 5, Camdenton , Missouri .  Established in 1887, we are one of the oldest businesses still existing in Camden County , Missouri .  

Whether, you are buying, selling or re-financing your home,  please give us the opportunity to research, and prepare the necessary documents and title work for your transaction. We offer services for real estate closings, title insurance and escrow.  We have local legal counsel to prepare legal documents necessary to complete the transactions, whether it is a simple transaction, owner-finance or a 1031 Exchange.  

We maintain  a “geographical” title plant  in our office.  We have well-established working relationships with lake area lenders, surveyors, appraisers and inspectors.
